Preguntas frecuentes
¿Cómo se juega?
Cada cajón del tablero se desliza en línea recta y sale únicamente por la puerta de su mismo color. El desafío está en el orden: lo que está estacionado adelante bloquea la salida, así que si movés el cajón equivocado primero te tapás tu propio camino. Cada nivel tiene una cuenta regresiva.
¿Por qué mis animales tienen hambre?
La fruta que sacás del tablero en cada nivel es la comida de tu granja. Los animales pasan por cuatro estados (feliz, bien, hambriento y lleno) y se van poniendo hambrientos con el tiempo. Con todos contentos se activa la granja feliz, que te da un 50% extra de cosecha en los niveles siguientes. Si te quedaste sin fruta, jugá un nivel y volvé a darles de comer.
¿Cómo funcionan las misiones y la racha?
Cada día tenés tres misiones nuevas, y podés cambiar la que no tengas ganas de hacer. Si completás las tres, te llevás un power-up. La racha se suma dándole de comer a un animal una vez por día, y juega limpio: si te salteás un día bajás un solo escalón, nunca volvés a cero.
¿Cómo funcionan las vidas?
Perdés una vida cuando se te acaba el tiempo de un nivel. Las vidas se recargan solas con el paso del tiempo: en la pantalla de vidas vas a ver cuánto falta para la próxima.
¿En qué idiomas está el juego?
Barnyard Jam está en español, inglés y portugués. El juego toma el idioma de tu dispositivo la primera vez, y podés cambiarlo cuando quieras desde Ajustes.
¿Cómo desactivo las notificaciones?
Las notificaciones del juego son avisos suaves: te contamos cuando se llenó un canasto o cuando tus animales te guardaron cosecha. Si preferís no recibirlas, podés desactivarlas desde Ajustes > Notificaciones > Barnyard Jam en tu iPhone o iPad.
Perdí mi progreso, ¿qué hago?
Tu progreso (niveles, animales, cosecha, monedas y racha) se guarda en el dispositivo. Si reinstalaste la app o cambiaste de dispositivo y notás que falta progreso, contactanos por email contándonos tu caso y te ayudamos.

Frequently asked questions
How do I play?
Every crate on the board slides in a straight line and leaves only through the gate that matches its color. The challenge is the order: whatever is parked in front blocks the way out, so moving the wrong crate first seals off your own exit. Each level has a countdown.
Why are my animals hungry?
The fruit you clear from the board is the food for your farm. Animals go through four moods (happy, OK, hungry and full) and get hungry over time. Keep everyone happy and the happy farm bonus kicks in, giving you 50% extra harvest on the levels you play next. If you have run out of fruit, play a level and feed them again.
How do missions and the streak work?
You get three fresh missions every day, and you can swap the one you do not feel like doing. Complete all three and a power-up is yours. The streak goes up by feeding an animal once a day, and it plays fair: miss a day and you only drop one step, never back to zero.
How do lives work?
You lose a life when a level's timer runs out. Lives refill on their own over time: the lives screen shows how long until the next one.
What languages does the game support?
Barnyard Jam is available in English, Spanish and Portuguese. The game picks up your device language the first time, and you can change it any time from Settings.
How do I turn off notifications?
The game's notifications are gentle reminders: we let you know when a basket fills up or when your animals set some harvest aside for you. If you would rather not get them, you can turn them off in Settings > Notifications > Barnyard Jam on your iPhone or iPad.
I lost my progress, what do I do?
Your progress (levels, animals, harvest, coins and streak) is saved on your device. If you reinstalled the app or switched devices and notice missing progress, email us with the details and we will help you out.
